I am trying to:
update the WP All Export plugin and add the necessary WooCommerce add on (the separated the plugins in the latest release)

This is the staging site with the update plugin installed you can see the format is not correct ( maybe template is being ignored)

This is the live site that is using the older version of the plugin- the problem is if we do not update the plugin we can not export woocommerce orders

The theme seems to overwrite Toolset templates and uses its own template for products, check this alert from Toolset Settings lien caché

Even after trying to switch to the Toolset template, the issue persisted.

I deactivated the WP All Export plugin and the addon for WooCommerce and the issue persisted. It is probably caused by something else.

I switched to the 2021 theme and the issue was not reproduced.

With only the following plugins, the issue is still present lien caché

I wonder if you have updated the theme lately? I suspect that the issue is caused by the theme. Can you please reproduce this issue on one of our test sites? If the issue is reproduced, I'll escalate it to our 2nd Tier for further debugging. Please login into my test site with this URL lien caché
Upload the theme and create a content template for products. If the issue is reproduced, we can assume a compatibility bug on the theme. If the issue is not reproduced, I'll need to take a copy of your website to debug it.
