Hello,
I just have 7 real products in my Woocommerce setup. When I first installed Woocommerce and the "Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce" plugin (that I need) I created my products, set the visibilities by role and everything worked fine with all Toolset plugins active. I came back to Woocommerce after some time (and plugin updates) and I saw that:
WITH TOOLSET PLUGINS ACTIVE:
- the Product page ALL counter it says I have 18 products ! but only my 7 originally published products are listed.
- If I add a new product (with full visibility to all users) it doesn't appear in the product list but the ALL counter increases!
- If I open the shop page as admin I see all old products BUT not those I just added.
- If I open the shop page as Author, I can see one product I originally set for Authors (ok) but not the new products.
- If I open the shop page as Shop_owner I see no products at all even though this user role should see all of them (7). I get a No products found warning.
- If I open the newly added product clicking on the permalink available in the editor after saving, the page is regularly displayed and the other just added products are listed in the Related products section.
WITH ALL TOOLSET PLUGINS DEACTIVATED:
everything works fine, all products are listed in Products and they appear on the shop page as expected.
Whatever Toolset plugin I activate the issue comes back. I suppose some Toolset updates have changed something that now crashes with woocommerce or added some settings which I don't know, any clue ?
Of course I already tried deactivating all other plugins as usual.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
There is no known issue I've recently or previously reported and we do not have any integration with the plugins you shared that is "Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce".
Even though we try to dig it and try to found if the issue is from Toolset or "Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce" plugin, if issue is found from Toolset there is no ETA when the fix for the issue will be made available as it will have low changes as you are the only user for now and our Devs have tons of predefined tasks that is having higher priority.
I suggest You may check with "Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce" plugin support and confirm the issue is from Toolset or where eactly its broken.
Alternatively, I suggest you should find a different and I'm not sure why you did not use Toolset Access plugin. I hope you understand what I mean and it makese sense.
Hello Minesh,
I apologise if I've not been clear: the issue isn't between Toolset and "Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce" but between Woocommerce and Toolset. If I deactivate "Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce" the issue remains even though with this plugin deactivated all products are supposed to be displayed for all roles (and this is ok). With "Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce" disbled and any of the Toolset plugins activated, what happens is that:
- Products are not fully displayed in admin/Products but the counter counts the correct number of existing posts (see picture, only 8 products are displayed instead of 37)
- new products added aren't displayed at all (for any role)
- for shop_owner no products are displayed at all.
Pls note that is I deactivate ALL Toolset plugins everything works fine in Woocommerce, but the issue returns if I activate ANY ONE of the Toolset plugins.
I believe this bug to be pretty serious because Woocommerce is widely used, I am sure your devolopers would love to know about it and find a solution asap.
Thanks
Regards
Nicola
Here is a sandbox site where I've installed the WooCommerce and Toolset plugins and also imported few sample Woocommerce products but I do see the counter is correct.
You can auto-loging to sandbox site using the following link:

Hello Minesh,
It might well be that on the sandbox and many other sites it works fine, it was working on mine too some time ago. Then something happened and now there is a conflict. Please have a look into my site and try yourself, thanks

Nicola
Can you please share problem URL and admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
