I got a warning message after update WordPress 5.3.

Thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce on my site when I upgraded to WP 5.3 and then I registered my site at toolset.com and used the custom installer for updates.

I have escalated this thread so that the issue can be shared with the developers, and I'll get back to you.

It turns out this is already fixed in the custom installer code, which will be included in the next version of Types.

It shouldn't be affecting your functionality at all, and updating Types when it is next released will remove the PHP warnings, so I think we can close here.
