Views Radio Buttons generating invalid HTML

Using the radio button filter makes it impossible to style for checked and non-checked as it wraps the radio inside the label. I tried using jQuery but something resets the class I try adding right after the check. my guess something to do with the Ajax request.

Is there any way I can convince views to display the input element outside of the frikkin label? This is becoming increasingly problematic as I am trying to build more advanced interfaces using WP Views.
