[Résolu] View bloc is shown errors and is not able to be configured

This support ticket is created Il y a 2 années et 3 mois. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,

I've created a CPT "Biens à vendre".
I'm trying to create a Model for displaying them. In this I want to add a View bloc but this one is always showing "an error" and can't be configured.

Could you please check what's wrong ?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:

OR
You can install/update Toolset plugins using the installer plugin:
-https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed

Hopefully once you update ALL Toolset plugins to latest release the issue should be fixed.

Thanks for your reply.

However, I do not see any notification in the plugin section to update the Toolset plugins.
So I've downloaded the latest versions and it is not possible to install them... Can you help ?

On the installer page, you should click on the button "Check for updates" and then you should try to install/update the plugins to latest version.
