Searching orders is timing out because we can't transition our woocommerce install to TPOS. The only reason we can't do that is that Toolset Woocommerce Blocks is incompatible. I searched through Toolset support history and it appears that you have been aware of the need to get it compatible for well over a year.

It's now breaking back-end functionality in one of my sites and I have no alternative solutions.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Do you mean High-Performance Order Storage Incompatible with Toolset WooCommerce Blocks?

HPOS is not yet compatible with Toolset but we do have internal ticket and our Devs will take a serious look at it as I already shared that many users are asking this and they may consider it and set the higher priority for it. Please note that there is no ETA on it yet.

But, in the mean time:
Can you please share a test site and steps I will have to follow that should help me to see the issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Once I have all this details I'm happy to share with our Devs that may help them.
