add a checkbox to a view filter to return post with a value for a custom field.

i have a post type called DBO, with the following custom fields: date, locaton and route.
date is a date field
location a google address
route is a file field

i have a fully working filter on date and location... nor problem... but i would like to offer the users the possibility to check a checkbox saying... only show results with an route...

uncheckedd all DBOs show up and checked only the DBO with a doute file should show up

How can i create this condition...
