Problem:
I am having trouble saving or updating a post/custom post type. The right toolbar disappears, and there is a flickering effect. This issue occurs across multiple sites and themes and began with the update to version 6.7.
Solution:
This is a known issue, and a hotfix will be released next week to address it. Please keep an eye out for the update and apply it once available.

I'm assuming it's javascript, but this is the same problem on multiple sites and multiple themes.
