Toggle buttons for expand/collapse has gone away

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

With the last updates of toolset, my ul child elements of li elements are already expanded and the button to toggle this behaviour is no more visible. Until the last update, the button was at its place.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

When I checked the page, the collapse icons were showing for the child list items under "Destinazioni" label.

Is this the section you were referring to and have you made any changes to make it work?

I added the buttons via jquery.
I didn't need to do this before the update, as the buttons did show (from your plugin?)

Thank you for sharing the update.

It seems that this view was using custom CSS and JS code to include this collapsable functionality to the list of search filters.

With the latest release, some of the class or ID names or structure must have changed in the default markup/output, and as a result that custom CSS and JS code is no longer working as before.

In such a case, you can review your exiting custom CSS and JS code and update it to match the updated markup/output.

I hope this explains it and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.
