Suggestions for Taxonomy instead of drop down

Hi ,
I have a search filter for Location. I am currently showing the location taxonomy as drop down menu to users. Is there a way where I can allow them to start typing and show taxonomies as suggestions according to the data available with me? For example check the below URL

No, that is not possible.

In Views we use Data that comes from the Database directly, so there is no constant Query on typing.
This can create huge Database bottlenecks that cause performance issues.

What we plan - I thought to mention since you use "Addresses" - is that we will add some more features to our Address Field and it's search features in the Front End.
So you will be able to geo-locate the user and present with local results, and there is a request to add a "AutoSuggest" search as well.

But at the current moment that is not possible, and for taxonomies this will also not be possible in future.
