Split: Custom post title - change Title field label when you add post from relationship-box

Also please notice that I have edited the label for the CPT "Cronologia",

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

The text you change should be applied on the screen of Add New post of your post type.

You want to change the Add New button text from the post-relationship bot and there is no such feature available. Again, you may add custom JS to change it as per your requirement.
