[Résolu] Send notification to email input in the form

Ce fil est résolu. Voici une description du problème et la solution proposée.

Problem:
The issue here is that the user wanted to send an email using a generic field that was added to CRED but the field was not showing up in the notification options.

Solution:
This is being caused by the the information not being saved to the database. To do this you will need to add "persist":1 to your generic shortcode.

So as an example it should be like this .

[cred_generic_field field='test' type='email' class='' urlparam='']
{
"required":0,
"validate_format":0,
"persist":1,
"default":""
}
[/cred_generic_field]

Hi,

I am trying to send a notification to an email address input by a visitor in an "email" field.
I have added to my form 3 generic fields (First Name, Last Name, Email) using the field types "Single line" (for First Name and Last Name) and "Email" (for the email). While creating a new notification, if I select the option to send the notification to an email included in the form, I don't get any selectable option in neither of the 3 fields (Email, First Name, Last Name). How is that supposed to work?

Thanks
Mirko

Hi Mirko,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you try adding persist:1 to your generic shortcode.

So as an example it should be like this .

[cred_generic_field field='test' type='email' class='' urlparam='']
{
"required":0,
"validate_format":0,
"persist":1,
"default":""
}
[/cred_generic_field]

Thanks,
Shane
