[Résolu] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Toolset_Shortcode_Generator

This support ticket is created Il y a 5 années et 10 mois. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

A similar issue is occurring on another of our sites, trying to update Toolset causes a fatal error. See Error Logs below:

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, I suggest you check these:
1) You are using the latest version of Types plugin in your website, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
If you are using some old version of Types plugin, that will conduct some unexpected result, I suggest you remove the old version of Types plugin, and upload the latest version, then update Toolset plugins again

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again
