I ran some performance tests, and you can see the results of these tests here:

Most of the slowness I see is because of the number of images, and the size of those images (represented as wide purple bands in each test). Many of these images are over 500KB (see the screenshot). These images should be smaller and better optimized so the page loads faster. You could also consider loading fewer results per page in this View, and lowering the caching / preloading settings on the nested slider Views in each result. Preloading fewer pages in the slider View will speed up the initial page load time.
The initial time to first byte isn't great, but it is less than 1 second. If that's still too large, you could consider adding a caching plugin, but I really think that you will improve site performance more by lowering the number of images and increasing the optimization of each image. If I have misunderstood the problem, please let me know. I will be glad to discuss performance in more detail.
