Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a problem with pages using the same templates producing different layouts
I've included 2 screenshots of a mobile landscape view, in the first screenshot ( layout-ok.jpg)- url lien caché the table appears ok
in the 2nd screenshot (layout-not-ok.jpg) - url lien caché using the same templates the table layout is corrupted. Why is this happening?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. That seems to be a CSS-related issue. Maybe the styling you created is not loaded?

I wonder how you loaded the content template on each page?

Can you give screenshot of the pages edit screen, and how you embed the content template in each?

Thanks.

Hi Christopher,
Thanks fo getting back to me. The page has 1 content template and 3 View templates, so not clear what you mean by "screenshot of the pages edit screen"

Let me know
Thanks

Hi,

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

I will need to check and compare two pages to see why this is happening.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for the login information. The problem seems to be a wrong HTML code that I could not find where it originates.

Would you please do as follows?

- Install the Yoast Duplicate plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/
- Copy the post that has the style issue
- Remove the related items from the dashboard on that plant and on each section try to check if the style is correct or not.
- Remove the content one by one and see if there is something that causes the issue.

Thanks.

Hi Christopher, Thanks for trying to resolve this.
FYI the plant page can be reached by searching for botanical name - Achillea fragrantissima or by searching for English name - Yarrow, when I searched for Yarrow the problems I was having disappeared - all pages now appears ok - go figure! You can check the site now
