Not able to access plug in page

This support ticket is created Il y a 5 années et 6 mois. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there,
I used Toolset for developing a website:

I recently pushed it to live:
lien caché

However, in the WP Admin for the live site it says I need to register toolset. But when I click on the link to register, I get a page that says "Sorry, you are not able to access this page."
The URL in question is: lien caché

I was able to register my Astra plug in on my live site.

Hi John,

I see that you are using older versions of our plugins.

Could you manually install our latest types version and then try using the access to the registration page again?
