I am trying to: Create a map using Google Maps with Toolset Maps

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: lien caché

I expected to see: Individual markers when zooming in on specific locations.

Instead, I got: Cluster markers displaying 2 for individual location markers.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. Would you please explain to us how you added the clustering feature so we might be able to find why the problem happens?

Also I wonder if there are two addresses that are the same? If so then the way now it shows will be correct as there are two entries with the same address.

Finally, please make sure you have the latest version of Toolset and Toolset addons.

Thanks.

Here is the code. There are no duplicate addresses.

[wpv-layout-start]
[wpv-items-found]
[wpv-map-render map_id="directory-map" map_type_control="off" street_view_control="off" map_type_control="off" street_view_control="off" cluster="on" cluster_grid_size="25" general_zoom="8" cluster_max_zoom="14" single_zoom="14" background_color="#f5f5f5" map_height="440"]
[wpv-map-marker map_id='map-13' marker_id='marker-8' map_render='immediate' current_visitor_location='true'][/wpv-map-marker]
<!-- wpv-loop-start -->
<wpv-loop>
[wpv-map-marker map_id='directory-map' marker_id='directory-map' marker_title='[wpv-post-title]' marker_field='wpcf-address']<h6>[wpv-post-title]</h6>[/wpv-map-marker]
</wpv-loop>
<!-- wpv-loop-end -->
[/wpv-items-found]
[wpv-no-items-found]
[wpml-string context="wpv-views"]No items found[/wpml-string]

You can check the cluster option "cluster_max_zoom" and play with it and check if you get the desired results:

Hi Minesh,

Cluster Max Zoom is already set to 14. I have tried other values with no success. However, the issue seems to have nothing to do with this at all. The map is showing two results for single items which is resulting in clusters being applied to single items. The numbers are out at all zoom levels.

Do you have multiple markers added on the same spot?

Can you please share a video that should help me to understand the issue showing with what markers you have issue with and send me admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please confirm you have multiple items available for the same address - I mean multiple posts available having same address?

#2808094

In some cases, but never of the same content type. The view only calls one single content type.

I explained this clearly in the video which I provided to you.

When I say - multiple posts having same address belongs to same post type.

So, for example, if you have post type Books and following posts:
- book 1 and Address: New York, USA
- book 2 and Address: Texas, USA
- book 3 and Address: New York, USA
- book 4 and Address: New York, USA
- book 5 and Address: California, USA

As you may notice with above that "book 1", "book 3" and "book 4" are having the same address with post type book posts.

I need this information that should help me to reproduce the issue or alternatively you can share duplicator copy of your site.
