I want to create Index Page , that if the contain already exist the visitor can press the index and go to the specific link as tagged in relationship

Its a index page... that contain all related data of the video (now and future)

Issue:
I already uploaded all data for index , and have it relationship if the video already uploaded..
The question:
1) How to press the index list
1.1) If already upload direct to video (base on relationship)
1.2) If not uploaded video cannot press.
