Hello Team,
I want to show the registration form as a pop up form for new users. I have created a user form using CRED. This form should popup after 30 seconds on the site asking the user either to sign up or sign in. If they are already logged in, it should not show.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is no such native feature available to open a form in a popup after X seconds.

However, there is a number of popup plugins available that allow you to set up a popup that should trigger after X seconds.
=> https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-maker/
=> https://wordpress.org/plugins/popups/

You should create a popup using such plugin and add the shortcode of the form there.
