I am trying to: create a Form to edit posts, I have an image field that allow multiple instances for a gallery, and in Form I have set it that can take images from the media folder but, if I click to add new image appears the dash and the move icons, but not appear the form to add the image url. If I click the replace button on a pre charged image, appear an 'X' on the top-right on the display, but not appear the media window to take the image...
Also, I have a telephone field that allow multiple instance, but if I click to add a new instance, appears the dash and the move icons, but not appear the form to add the phone number.

What could be the issue and what should I do to solve it?

I see the issue when I check the edit form and click on add new, the new repeating field is added successfully in the HTML source for the telephone field.

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

I could not able to modify anything or change theme as I can see only above error message now.

I have solved the technical difficulties of the site, can you try now?

But, I don't know why I cannot receive the system email with the instructions to solve the issue when it comes...

Hi Minesh,
I have tested it.
I have create a new Content Template without using Divi where I have added the Edit Post Form, and the issue not was solved... The only issue solved is the "select2" about the two posts relationship fields.
Then, I have deactivated the "Divi Icon Pro plugin" (this plugin send in crash the site when the theme is changed), and I have selected the default WordPress theme, but the issues remains...

I checked with my local test install with only latest Toolset plugins active and I see repeating field works just fine.

I suggest you check step by step:
- In order to rule out any possible conflict with third-party plugins you are using or your current theme.
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Do you see same issue when only Toolset plugins active?

I have found the plugin that cause the issue. It is Ginger plugin. This plugin for me is foundamental because it is the plugin for my Cookie Policy...
Can you indicate me a Cookie plugin that can works fine with Toolset?

I have tested all GDPR Cookie plugins, but every plugin send in crash the "Select2" forms in the front end post edit Form...

What if you try to use the following plugin:

Actually, I do not think that select2 store any sensitive user information which could result in incompliance with GDPR and I loggedin to your site and deactivated the GDPR plugin you installed and I found still select2 is not working.

Hi Minesh,
I think that there are some bugs in the Toolset Form plugin.
I have deactivated the Cookie plugin, I have deleted cache, and select2 works fine.
Also, moreover, compared to other pages, in the front end post editor created with Form, the Ads Banner are aligned on the left instead of on the center...
Well, I think that Form has some bug code.

Glad to know that select2 working now and it was cache issue.

Regarding the Ad center issue:
I've added the following CSS to the CSS box of content template from where the banner is displayed:

And wrapped the code with div as given under:

But, if I activate the Cookie plugin, the select2 crashes anyway.

This is really strange. Can you please send me a duplicator copy of your site and I will debug this further.

Minesh is on vacation, he will back in Wednesday.

Here are what I found:
1) I have tried it in your website, and can see the problem you mentioned above:
After activate any GDPR plugin of your website, test the problem URL again, the post type relationship select2 drodown menus do not work any more.
And I see lots of JS errors in that page, see screenshot js-error.JPG
Since the select2 feature are based on JavaScripts, so I suggest you try to fix those JS errors first.

2) I am not familiar with Snapshot Pro plugin, please provide detail steps/document to install the copy of the site you provided above.
