Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see you are using child theme. Do you see the same issue with parent theme?

Also, Here is a sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:
- lien caché

Are you able to reproduce the same issue with the above sandbox site?

#2798527

Hello Minesh,

I changed the child theme with the real theme and the issue was still there.

I didn't know exactly what to do with the sandbox so I exported all Types content to import it to the sandbox to try to replicate the archive, but I got this message during import: "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions". I don't know how to send you the export file (zip) but you could export it by yourself and try importing it into the sanbox and see what happens.

Thanks

It should be from your theme. Can you please upload theme to the sandbox site I shared. Just for your information that Toolset do not manage Sidebars, headers, footers or menus. Toolset replaces the views/content tempaltes/archive within post body area that is the_content area.

You can also check with minimum installation and only Toolset plugins active.

Hello Minesh,
I have forwarded your reply to Kadence, see what happens. I have installed their theme in your sandbox.
I'll let you know.
thanks

Hello Minesh,
I have configured the sandbox even importing my site settings, created an archive and a Legal Docs footer widgets. Everything seems to work fine here, and also in my site the other archive and all other pages work fine. THAT archive shows the issue and I don't kow why considering that I deleted it and restarted from scratch. In the meantime I am developing the loop content on a temp page so that I can copy and paste it later. Please let me know.
Thanks
Regards
Nicola

I do see that information you shared with your previous reply is help me to reproduce the issue.

Either you should share exact steps that should I follow that should help me to reproduce the issue or setup a test case and then share all required information that should help me to see the issue.

Hello Minesh,
FYI I was able to solve this issue simply creating a new Legal docs menu in Footer 2 widget and replacing the previous menu in Footer 1. Now the new Legal docs menu is correctly displayed on all pages, including archives.
But I have spotted a message form the IfMenu plugin as follows:
"If Menu detected that another plugin or theme (Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit) extends menu items incorrectly. This may cause duplicate visibility rules to show up, but functionality should be fine."
I don't know what this Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit is or if it's related to my menu not showing in archive, I googled it and understood is something related to WP core that other plugins or themes might interact with. I thought it could be of your interest to check if your plugins or themes have any issue with it.
Thanks you for your great support as always.
Kind regards
Nicola
