So no expectation of a fix, or alternative solution?

Hi Zachary,

No mention of a fix was made in the discussion as it is an expected behaviour.

However I have made a comment on the ticket for them to improve this.

Currently the only workaround is to not select the items in quick succession or display all the filter items even if they wont return a result so the filter area doesn't get refreshed.

Thanks,
Shane

I'm not entirely satisfied with their response to this.

Hi Zachary,

I understand the concern, however this is the best I can do since i've already made a suggestion for improvement. I mention that they can either prevent the user from selecting another option until the item has reloaded or allow the user to select the items but only deselect the ones in the combination that won't produce a result.

You can also make a feature improvement request here at the link below as well.

Thanks,

No, that's okay Shane. You did all you could. I'm not at all disappointed with your response. Thank you for at least looking into this for me.
