There isn't related custom post types, seems you are using another plugin "Custom Post Type UI" plugin to setup those custom post types: lien caché
So it is a compatibility problem between Toolset plugins and the "Custom Post Type UI" plugin, please provide a downloadable URL for it, I need to duplicate the same problem and debug it in my localhost
BTW, Why don't you use "Toolset Types" plugin to setup the custom post types?

The "Custom Post Type UI" plugin is not compatible with Toolset plugin, I suggest you create a normal post view, with that category filters, and display the post view in a normal wordpress page. https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/front-page-filters/
