I am trying to:

I have a sight with a custom post type called Cabins. Then there are four sets of amenities, in separate custom post types (kitchen, outdoor, standard, living area). I had built all of the appropriate relationships to designate, which Cabins contained which amenities (gas grill, freezer, hot tub, bbq grill, etc). It has been working fine for several weeks. Then I noticed that all of the relationships between the cabin and one of the amenity post types had been deleted. When I went in to try to re-create them, it doesn't find any of the amenities. This is the case when editing Cabins for any of the four separate amenities post types. But if I go to one of the amenities – barbecue grill for instance – I can reconnect existing cabins. But it makes more sense for my client to open a specific cabin and then make connections to the Cabins amenities.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

You can see the missing kitchen amenities (which previously worked fine) at lien caché, or any of the other cabins.

I expected to see:

Each of the amenities categories should show different features of that cabin.

You're welcome to log in to the backend if you'd like and see the issues. I've provided access below to the site backend.

I've done similar things many dozens of times without issue. I'm confident I understand the process and procedures for building these. But it seems be buggy.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

When I try to login with the site URL you shared:
- lien caché

I get the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.".

Can you please grant enough permissions so that I can access the wp-admin.

However - how the relationship connection get lost? Have yu tried to import anything? or do you know any action at what course of action post relationship gets deleted?

I do not see any other user reported the same issue in recent times.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I apologize for the login issue. I have reset permissions and tested.

I did not import anything or do any actions that should have caused the issue. It was working and I had tested fully. Then I was away from the site (no one logging in) for a couple of weeks and it was not working when I returned. It made me think maybe there was a database issue, but our techs have verified that there are no issues with database tables, keys, indexes, etc. As I mentioned, I have build HUNDREDS of sites using Types Toolset and have never had this issue before.

By the way, It's worth noting that it's not merely an issue of those connections being deleted. If so, I'd simply re-create them.

The problem, as. you'll see, if you go to the CABINS post type, and then go down to make a connection to one of the amenities, it doesn't even find any of the existing amenities. For instance, go to Kitchen amenities and try to connect to "GAS" or "BAR", it will say none are found even though there are several existing post types with each name in the "Amenities - Kitchen" post type.

Can you please check now.

It's due to the plugin "Search Exclude". I've just deactivated that plugin and now when I try to search for existing posts I can see it with relationsihp result and connect it without any issue.
