I created a form with a notification to Author of the post.
When I submit the form no email arrive.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Do you mean that you want to send a notification to the user who created the post ?
Also does your wordpress site sends out emails at all ? Example when a user is registered?

Please confirm.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

I creating a custom field and set a defoult value.
Then in the setting of the notification of the form I've setting this field ad email to send the notification.
