Issue:
When you finish adding a new notification, you have to scroll back to the top of the notification section to add another notification and then scroll again to the bottom of the previous notification to add details to the new notification and so on. That's a lot of scrolling and it becomes difficult to see what's what.

Suggestion:

A second 'add new notification' button at the bottom of the section and something at the bottom of each notification to allow us to collapse/minimise it so we don't have to keep scrolling up and down the page.

Well - if you click on the Edit link available with each notification you add - it will toggle the notification settings section but still as per your request - I will pass your concern as a new feature request to concern department for assessment.

Yes I know the current edit button will toggle the content but when you're at the bottom of the notification in question you have to scroll back up & find the button - if we had a second button (at the bottom), we wouldn't have to

Yes - I totally understand your concern and that is why I pass your concern as a new feature request for assessment. If our Devs consider it - you will see this feature implemented in near future release of Toolset Forms.
