Edit CPT form - Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a custom post type.
I have created a form in order to create a new post.
I am now trying to create a form in order to edit the posts.
However, when I add the form to a page and view the page, it states; "Form type and post type do not match"

I can not see anything wrong with the form.
