I'm trying to order a view by distance from user location.
But it doesn't order them by distance

I do not see any distance value - maybe as I'm not within your preferable location?

Can you please share what is your expected result and admin access details with problem URL.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
