I am trying to: I have a registration form built with CRED which allows users to purchase site membership. This includes a date of birth field. One the purchase is complete and the user's account is created and payment taken the date of birth field remains empty in the new user account.
I think it's better that I give you coupon codes so that you can go through the sign-up process and see for yourself. This will enable you to clear the checkout without making payment.
Sorry but it looks like you are different time zone.
Well - I see that user is created when we just click on checkout page but the thing is that user should be created once the product is purchased successfully.
Minesh has assigned this ticket to me and I will see how best I can assist you. I see from your debug data that you are running alot of plugins and any one of these could be causing this issue.
Would you mind temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins and trying again ?
Thanks for taking over. That was the first thing I tried three days ago before opening this support thread. Clearly, I cannot disable the WooCommerce plugins, though, as it is a WooCommerce/Toolset integration that I am trying to get working.
Please do not make any changes on the live site. Minesh turned off automatic password generation in the checkout yesterday meaning that people could not complete their orders. We had a bit of a panic when we started receiving customer service contacts and it took some work to sort out the failed orders.
