I have custom select fields for user role. The fields are used to capture user's career goals.
I have created an edit user form that captures a user's goals using custom fields as shared in the image. The form works well to store the data but when I go back to the edit form, I do not see the previously populated fields in the form.
This does not happen for single line, image and other fields but it seems to be the case for select field. Instead of previously saved values, I see ----- not set ------.
What could I be missing?
