First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated WPML plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

Once you update ALL WPML plugins to latest official released version - do you see the issue? if yes:
I will require admin access details in order to check whats going wrong with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

If I use your wpml-string shortcode solution, the search filter doens't work properly.
On lien caché you can see the pager displays 11 pages (image search1.png).
If you click on Official Discovery Points checkbox, the result pager displays 14 pages and there isn't any paramenter in the URL (image search2.png).
Instead, if you test the search on this page lien caché, you will see it works fine and the URL displays the wpv-wpcf-official-discovery-point=1 parameter (image search3.png).
This page uses a view (lien caché) where I removed the wpml-string shortcode because it seems that it doesn't work with white spaces in the label.
