I am trying to:
use the custom search box created by the Parametric Ads Search View.
The site has just been installed running the standard "Classifieds" installer package for WPML.
NO MODIFICATIONS have been made to it.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
Cars whose price is below the "Max Price" to be displayed input filter

Instead, I got:
NO CARS were displayed!

I've looked at the Views configuration but I don't understand this:

Select items with field:
_cred_post_expiration_time is a number greater than or equal TODAY()
AND
Price is a number lower than or equal URL_PARAM(price)
AND
Price is a string equal to URL_PARAM(price)

How can the "Price" field be BOTH a number AND a string?

Well - I see that the Query filter you shared is wrong here.

Could you please try to delete following query filter and try to resolve your issue - it should work:

Price is a string equal to URL_PARAM(price)

Thanks. That seems to have fixed the problem.
You should check the installer package so that other people don't contact you about the same problem.
