Can't connect to Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Toolset tells us that it can't connect to toolset.com to check for updates, so we would like to add firewall rules to allow the access. We could enable toolset.com's IP address which is 18.66.15.71 but I doubt that this is the right address. Maybe it is api.toolset.com or update.toolset.com or something like that. Could you please tell exactly us which sub domains and IP addresses are being accessed by toolset?
