I'm trying to add a new field inside Post Field Group. But when I click on "save field group" button... nothing happens.
However, when I look at the section: "Post Field Control", I can see the field that I created. And the funny thing is that the assignment to field groups has disappeared
Please, make the next post private to give you the access
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - this is strange issue and no user reported yet.
Would you mind to follow few basic debug steps:
1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
2)
- Could you please activate WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file and send me possible errors for review.
- Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

3)
If #1 and #2 does not help:
- Could you please share with which post field group you are facing the issue?
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

we have changed max_input_vars to a very high value and now it works. However it is quite rare since we have another site with more fields and it works without problems ...
It's a bit strange, really.
We will continue looking and if we find something that can help we will let you know
Thank you so much Sr. for your help
We appreciate the support
