can I upgrade my server to php 8.5, yes or no?

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I just want a simple answer: Can I upgrade to php 8.5? I see in the docs you only mention very old versions 8.1 and 8.2 might have some issues. I need to know if I can upgrade, or if I will need to abandon toolset.

Hello and welcome to Toolset support.

PHP 8.5 is not tested with Toolset.

It will eventually be supported when the usage is more widespread. We encourage our customers to update PHP in a staging environment and get back to us with reports if they find any issues and we will work on them for future releases.
