[Résolu] Autorenewal function isn't working correctly

This support ticket is created Il y a 5 années et 7 mois. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: My agency subscription is set to autorenew. The day before or day of renewal, all my sites with Toolset plugins got the error message that I need to revalidate the subscription. My subscription renewed on May 9th, and this is now May 15. This isn't scalable for Agency subscriptions. We have just a few test sites now, but we could have 100's by next year, and having to actually visit each one to click this revalidate link is ridiculous.

I expected to see: No error messages, subscription unaffected when the renewal date is reached.

Well - I see you have one active subscription and I wonder why you still see "subscription expired" message.

Can you please send me access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Well - when I try to access the site or wp-admin it loads blank page.

Can you please send me working copy of the site without firewall or guide me how I can access the site.

We redirect all accesses to lien caché, so you would need to use the proxy for both http:// and lien caché. Also, if you're using a Mozilla-based browser, you have to check the button for "Use this proxy server for all protocols".

Thanks you for sharing proxy address but I still do not able to access the site.

It will be great if you can share normal access details without proxy that will help me to check the issue on your install very quickly.

I'm using windows 10 and I do not able to access your site at all even adding the proxy address to proxy settings.

I-n addition to this - I will try still and see if I'm able to make it work:
- which type of proxy is it? (HTTP or SOCKS)
- which port its running on?

Hello,

I am the network administrator here, and would be happy to make a backup of one of our websites that has the issue and send you a link to it.

Please tell me the email address to send the link to (our cloud server won't just give me a link that I can cut and paste - it requires an email address to send it to).

Please note that the links are only valid for 24 hours, and we do not respond to non-emergencies on the weekend, so if you're not able to retrieve the files today I can send the link on Monday.

Please advise.
