Author filter - Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Is there a way to add a author filter in the view. Our client whant to filter post by author.

Hi Jean,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately no there isn't a way to filter for your post authors.

What you will need to do is create a custom field where the user can type in who is the author of the post and then you can filter you posts from this.
