Problem:
Setup a post view, filter the results by post title's first letter.
Solution:
There isn't such kind built-in feature within Views plugin, as a workaround, you can try these:
1) Create a custom taxonomy "alphabetic",
2) Edit each post, setup term a,b,c ... z in above taxonomy "alphabetic"
3) So you will be able to add taxonomy "alphabetic" filters into the Views search form.
