Tell us what you are trying to do?
Overall, I'd like allow my WooCommerce customers to add/update their Date of Birth via their WordPress user profile.

1. I have added a group of custom fields to Users, and these correctly show up in the WordPress dashboard, Users
2. Now I'd like to add those custom fields to the standard 'My Account' page so they can be maintained there. The My Account page allows maintenance of core user profile details (email, name etc), also Order History and Shipping/Billing Address

Is there any documentation that you are following?
This guide shows how to include User fields, however I want to alter the My Accounts, not just create a login/logout facility. There are other functions such Order History.
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/building-the-my-account-page/

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Not that I'm aware of. It should look like a standard WooCommerce My Account facility, but with some custom fields such as Date of Birth in the personal details section.

What is the link to your site?
lien caché (under development)

Ok - I checked and I understand now that you wanted to customize the woocommerce native account page.

Actually, using Toolset and using WooCommerce Views you can customize the Shop and Single Products.
=> https://toolset.com/home/woocommerce-views/

Also using our "Forms Commerce" plugin, you can charge payment to your forms and users accounts creation:
=> https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-cred-commerce-to-add-payments-to-forms/

You can assign a Content Template or a Layout to your Account Page but the content of WooCommerce account page will be rendered through the WooCommerce native ShortCode [woocommerce_my_account] and we do not offer any feature to customize the native my account page.

However I'm sharing few link that you should review and check if that fits to your need and add your custom code to achive what you need:
