Visual Composer not loading Content Templates in backend

This support ticket is created vor 2 Jahren, 2 Monaten. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: edit a content template using Toolset and Visual Composer, but the editor is not loading. Getting this error in console instead:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'show')
at backend_editor.js?ver=4.1.10:67:20
at dispatch (load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks&ver=6.0.2:2:43064)
at v.handle (load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks&ver=6.0.2:2:41048)

It doesn't happen with every content template though so I'm wondering if the page is trying to load the editor before all the content is ready to display.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the names of some of the content templates where you're experiencing this?
