Can you tell me more about how you created this mobile menu? If you disable the Dynamic Visibility and Widget Options plugins, does the menu work as expected on the homepage?

i Have Diabled the Dynamic and Widget Options Plugins - still not working (you can see the working PopUp on the Homepage versteckter Link - its done with the official PopUp Builder from Elementor and its triggerd by the Icon in the Header.

I see, thanks. I had not updated Elementor Pro recently so I had not seen popups yet and assumed they are part of another plugin. I ran some tests to see how popups work, and it looks like I must create a template of some kind in Elementor to trigger the popup, is that correct? A Content Template is also assigned to this post, which means there are now Elementor Templates and Content Templates assigned to the same post. Views and Elementor templates are conflicting with one another. If you're using an Elementor template of some kind, we don't recommend assigning a Content Template to that same post. Instead, we recommend you build single post templates in Elementor. See our documentation here for best practices integrating Elementor and Toolset:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/create-templates-for-custom-post-types-with-elementor-and-toolset/

Let me know if I've misunderstood how this is put together.

Thx a lot for your testing!

I have not assigned multibile Templatelets to the CPT (i just have the View Template - i have NO Elementor Template for the CPT).

The Problem with the Elementor CPT Template is - i need conditional output and so on - so i need the functionality from the view template with toolset.

Elementor had no Problem to Load the Header and the Footer in combination with the CTP View Template but the PopUp Code is loading in the content area wich is overwritten bei the View Template.

So i need a possibility to activate the code from the popups in the views Template or can tell elementor "please load the pop Code in another location"

I see there is a Header Template in Elementor, which includes the PopUp trigger. What if you place the PopUp in the same Header Template? Edit the Header Template with Elementor and insert a Template element, then choose the correct PopUp. In my local testing, this seems to work even with a Content Template assigned to the post.

Ok - that worked ! Think you! Still thinking Thats a Bad work around because in normal Sites the popup Markup will load 2 Times? 🙂

I am waiting for the elementor pro Support Ticket to be answered and legt you know the official answer
