I am trying to:
I have a parent CPT of plants that has 24 child posts of medicinal uses when I edit the plant post, under Post Relationships I see all 24 medicinal uses.
I've created a View with Post Relationship Filter: Select Posts that are children of the post where this view is shown but when I view the page I only see 10 of the 24 medicinal uses - (children). I can't see any logic why only these 10 are displayed.
Please can you tell me what I need to check to see why I'm not displaying all the child posts.
Thanks for your help.

Hi David,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would mind allowing me to have admin access to the website as well as a link and name of the view that is displaying the child posts?

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, Thanks for getting back to me.
I'm afraid I'm still developing the site on localhost, so I don't think I can grant you access.
Can you suggest anything that may be causing the problem that I can check?
If you tell me how, I can create a dump of the system and send it to you.

Thanks for your help
David

Hi David,

You can provide me with a duplicator package of the site.

To do this just follow the instructions in the link below.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,
the page you can see the problem is: /florapal/?plant=alpinia-officinarum-hance
The content template is Single Plant - new
The View that displays the children (Ailments) in the above template is : ailments-treated-by-plant-new
The content template that's used for the wpv-loop in the above view is: loop-item in-ailments-treated-by-plant-new

For this plant there are 24 ailments, but only 10 appear on the front-end.

Thanks for your help
David

Can be I did something wrong, any advice on creating this view?

Hi David,

Actually all I did was to just create a new view and add the query filter to it so that it only display the child posts and thats it.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, I tried creating a separate view as you did and as you said it shows all the children, which is great, but my problem is the same view within the Single Plant - new content template shows only 10 of the 24 children.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions how I can solve the problem of the missing children?

Thanks
David

Hi David,

What I can do is to export my view and you try it on your site and let me know if it works.

hidden link

You can download the export from the link above.

The view you should try is called test view.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
