We are using this shortcode on this page - versteckter Link. But the shortcode is just displaying as it is on that page.

[toolset_access role=”Memberium Certified Personal Stylist And Image Mastery For Women Online Course,Memberium Shop Style Files,Memberium Shop – Shop Style Files”][/toolset_access]Wholesale purchase only.

How can I fix this issue?

You don't have the Access plugin installed, hence the toolset_access shortcode is not recognised.

Toolset Access is required when you are trying to control access to content.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you so much!

I installed the toolset access plugin on our site and there is a conflict.

Here is the error:
23-Nov-2021 07:18:53 UTC PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'OTGS\Toolset\Access\Controllers\UploadPermissions' not found in /home/nginx/domains/aopi.com.au/public/wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/models/capabilities.php:613

Hopefully, you can fix this. In the meantime, I just deactivated the toolset plugin on our site.

Hello Kate, it seems that this last issue is the one discussed on this errata https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-access-error-when-non-admins-log-in/

You will need to either disable the "Enable Media Replace" plugin, or install its 3.5.0 version from the bottom page dropdown here https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-media-replace/advanced/

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
