toolset access 2.8.12

This support ticket is created vor 4 years, 8 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Since yesterday morning I experience problems with Toolset Access 2.8.12
A subscriber roll user cannot login; an admin roll user can login. I have deactivated Toolset Access plugin to temp. skip this problem.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
try to login as test user after I have activated Access plugin again after our contact

We have had other reports of the same. The problem occurs because of the 3.6.0 release of the Enable Media Replace plugin.

As a temporary solution, either downgrade the plugin to 3.5.0 or deactivate the plugin.
