Toolset Filter Options - One-to-Many.jpeg

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to list products that can be filtered by the relationship field.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
This shows what I want to do but I don't see the walk-thru, 5th picture down: https://toolset.com/course-lesson/what-are-post-relationships-and-how-they-work/

I've attached an image of what I am trying to do here.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Here is the complete Doc about how you can build the custom search view:
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-a-custom-search/

To filter your view by related post, you will require to add the frontend filter and chose the option "Post relationship or repeatable field groups owner" and chose your option. Please check the following screenshot:
=> https://toolset.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/toolset-views-custom-search-3.png

Please let me know if you will require further assistance.

Thanks for that.

I'm using Legacy Views, not the block editor. A lot of use are using page builders (because we like them).

Nonetheless, when I load the Post Relationship as the dropdown filter, I get all the options. Once I make a selection I get filtered results and then my dropdown filter has greyed out options (because they are empty). How do I get it to load only the options that are available?

Can you please share problem URL and access details that will help me to review your current setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
