Tell us what you are trying to do?Edit a page that has a working map, however when I go to edit the map displays Error loading block: Invalid parameter(s): attributes

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
The map is working here

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

When encountering this error, check the browser Javascript console for any errors, they may help us find the root cause of this issue.

You can also, test if this is not caused by another component(theme/plugin) on your website, check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at the time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

We may need access to your website to check this, and we may also need to take a Duplicator copy of local debugging, let us know if this ok with you.

Thank you for the reply. I have deactivated plugins and the issue still occurs. I have also tried a new theme and the issue still occurs.

I am happy to provide any information you need to proceed.

I would like to access your backend area, and your confirmation to let me take a copy of your website if needed.

Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

It seems that an error on the server happens that prevented the correct rendering of the block.

We'll need to check on the server-side too. Please activate PHP debugging following this section of article https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging
Then, try to reproduce the issue and check the debug.log file for any errors.

If you provide FTP access we can activate PHP debugging and check this ourselves. I activated a private reply to let you share FTP credentials safely, or you can update your previous reply.

As I get to the end of my shift and I'll be on vacation, my colleagues will help you starting from Monday.

I have enabled debugging.

Jamal is on Vacation. This is Minesh here and I will take care of this ticket. Hope this is OK.

Actually, Jamal asked you for FTP access details so that we can able to access the source files of your site as well as debug log.

Can you please send me FTP access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Ok thanks for sharing FTP/SFTP access details but unfortunately the shared FTP/SFTP details is not working.

Do I need to use any other port?

In addition to that - when I loggedin to admin and checked the problem page in the backed:
=> versteckter Link
- Yes - I can see the issue which you mentioned in your initial post.

But - when I checked the page source, I see many JS errors as well as it says "You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors." - If you are adding google map from your theme (divi) - please disable it.

Also, in order to minimise the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no third-party plugin/theme conflictd:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?

Disabling Google Maps in Divi and disabling Popup Maker module was the fix. Thank you!

I had the same problem and I fixed it as Chris said above: disabling Popup Maker did the trick.

FYI : my theme is Astra and no problems there.
