your site does not support toolset container blocks

This support ticket is created vor 1 year, 7 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I'm getting an error when I go to edit my content templates, it says "your site does not support toolset container blocks. Convert to html, etc)...

We're getting similar reports after the latest WordPress update to version 6.7.

Can you please temporarily downgrade to version 6.6.2 and confirm if the issue happens in there as well?

This will help us identify the next steps.

This is a known issue to us and we hopefully release the hotfix version as soon as possible, possibly by today or tomorrow.

Please hold on for further updates. I will get in touch with you as soon as we release the hotfix version.

- We also release hotfix version for Toolset Access 2.9.2.

You can download it from your account's download page:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Can you please update All Toolset plugins to it's latest official version and I hope this will resolve your issues.
