[Gelöst] wysiwyg fields not showing/hidden

This support ticket is created vor 5 Jahren, 3 Monaten. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Thanks for the details, I can log into your website and see the problem.

I have tried these:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Export / Import-> Types
Export your Types setting file from your website, and import it into my localhost(a fresh wordpress installation + latest version of Toolset plugins), and it works fine, see screenshot wysiwyg-fields.JPG

So there might be a compatibility problem in your website, please try these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme
