I am trying to: The option to add WPML Groups to Toolset Access Controls seems to have disappeared. Both Toolset Access and WPML with CMS and String Translations have been installed and used before.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: versteckter Link
I expected to see: the option to add WPML Groups
Instead, I got: no option for WPML Groups
Hi,
Welcome to Toolset support.
May I ask you to test if the same issue happens on a minimal installation?
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except:
. Toolset Types
. Toolset Views (Please update it to version 3.6.29)
. Toolset Access
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you could replicate the issue here:
versteckter Link
Tried it on both a copy with only essential plugins and theme, plus on your sandbox staging area: in both cases the WPML Groups function just doesn't show up.
Thank you. I reported this to the development team. I will get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
This is a bug. We reported it to our development team. It should be fixed in the upcoming Access release. But for now, you can downgrade to Toolset Access 2.9.5.
Thanks.
Installing 2.9.5 seems to have solved it.
