Why does the plugin say "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset"?

This support ticket is created vor 2 Jahre, 5 Monaten. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hey Toolset-Team,

I do get a notification, that says "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com".

See at the uploaded screenshot.

Hello,

Please get the PHP debug logs from your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging

Can you try click button "Check for update", or install another Toolset plugins in your screenshot?
If both work fine, you can ignore that message, it might be a cache problem.
